Paheli 7: The Father’s Son Paheli: ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹੈਂ।” ਪਰ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ, ਉਸ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਕਿਵੇਂ?

For centuries, grandmothers (Bebe’an) used these riddles to teach children critical thinking, wit, and cultural references—from farming tools to kitchen utensils and nature.

Baddal (Cloud) – A thousand “mouths” (raindrops), one belly. Green during day (fields), black at night. Section 5: Modern Bujartan Paheliyan (21st Century Twist) While traditional riddles talk about charkha (spinning wheel) and khooh (well), modern bujartan paheliyan include mobile phones, social media, and computers. Smartphone (Mobile) – The rectangle that opens (screen on) shows everything but cannot be touched physically (digital content). Paheli 14: The Liar’s Best Friend Paheli: ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਦੌੜੇ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਖਤ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਵੇ। ਪਰ ਜੇ ਸੱਚ ਲਿਖੋ ਤਾਂ ਰੁੱਸ ਜਾਵੇ। ਕੀ ਹੈ?
