Unlock the bootloader:

Reboot to bootloader. Connect phone to PC, open command prompt, and type: motorola tools mode config disabled

adb reboot bootloader Obtain your unlock data: Unlock the bootloader: Reboot to bootloader

Enable Developer Options on your Motorola phone. Go to Settings > About Phone > Tap "Build Number" 7 times. open command prompt

Reboot. Check bootloader status.
